Throughout the years, Jill’s role as mentor to members of the industry has taken many forms. She mentored colleagues when she was new to the industry and an account executive with Partners in Performance incentive house. She has gone across the management grain and hired people based on their raw talent and hunger to succeed, over their experience. She has also helped seasoned professionals find the next right step in their careers. Jill’s passion for mentoring led her to launch, in 2002, potential2performance and its subsidiary, salesSHIFT, focusing specifically on the professional development of others. She says that, “without question,” mentoring has been the single greatest source of joy and fulfillment in her entire career.
